Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Blackfoot ART Center does not refund class or ART camp fees for non-attendance. An 80% refund will be given for cancellations received two or more weeks before the first day of a class or ART Camp. A 50% refund will be given for requests made at least one week but less than two weeks prior to the first day of class or ART camp. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 7 or fewer days prior to first day of class or camp. Exception: if you or your child must miss a class or camp due to an emergency, BAC may, at its discretion, issue you a credit of equal value for a future class or camp.
The BAC reserves the right to combine or cancel classes/camps that have not met the minimum enrollment. If a class or camp is cancelled by BAC, enrollment fees will be fully refunded.
